Request deletion without reinstalling the app

1. Email joancefet@gmail.com with the subject “Tactical Protocol — Account deletion request”.
2. Use the email associated with your game account when possible. Identify your game username and say whether you want your entire account deleted or only specified data.
3. We will verify account ownership and handle the request manually. We may ask for additional non-secret information if ownership cannot be established. Never send your password, session tokens, purchase tokens or card details.

What the request covers

A full account request covers your account/profile, authentication sessions, saved decks, card collection, cosmetic preferences and account-linked game data. Removing an account removes access to its progress and entitlements. You can instead request deletion of specified data; explain what you want removed.

Records that may need retention

Some purchase, virtual-currency ledger, fraud-prevention or legal records may need to be retained. Backup copies may remain until backup rotation. We will explain any retained categories, reasons and retention periods when responding to your request. There is no automatic 90-day deletion policy. Google controls records it holds independently; this request does not itself refund a Google Play purchase or erase Google's payment records.

This is a manual request channel, not instant account deletion. The current app has no self-service account deletion button. Signing out or uninstalling does not delete server data.

Para solicitar a exclusão da conta ou de dados específicos do Tactical Protocol, envie um e-mail para joancefet@gmail.com, preferencialmente pelo endereço cadastrado, informando o nome de usuário e o que deseja excluir. O atendimento é manual, após verificação de titularidade. Não envie senha ou tokens. Informaremos eventuais registros que precisem ser preservados, os motivos e os prazos aplicáveis. Sair do jogo ou desinstalá-lo não exclui a conta.
